SBI Funds Management IPO: The offer price for the SBI Funds Management IPO has been fixed at Rs 574 per share. State Bank of India (SBI) has announced a discount of Rs 54 per share for eligible SBI employees participating in the IPO. Earlier, the IPO price band was set between Rs 545 and Rs 574 per share.
The strong demand was primarily driven by Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), whose portion was subscribed 140.11 times. The category-wise subscription details at the close of bidding were:
